Project 3 : When they were young

Everybody is young once : Celebraties as kids
Do you know an old person? What were they like when they were young?

WHO ARE THEY?

INTERVIEW AN OLD PERSON
(grandparents, neighbours etc)
Objective: Find out about the experiences in the life of an old person to compare and learn from others.

TASK YOU HAVE TO DO

Step 1- In class: prepare an interview in groups of 2, 3 with questions. Title: When they were young
Step 2- Compare questions and decide on a common interview with the teacher
Step 3- Look for an old person in your family, town and prepare the interview
Step 4- Take pictures of the person, ask for pictures when they were young.
Step 5- Look for news in the internet when the person was born and at different points in their lives. Ex: when the person was born, who was the President of Spain/Catalonia? What happened in world history?

Step 6- Prepare an oral presentation for the class with a power point, explaining the story of your elders.
